These terms apply when you use the Skyfund app and this website. By using Skyfund you agree to them. They're written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email support@skyfund.io.
What Skyfund is, and isn't
Skyfund is a planning tool. It projects your holiday savings and leave from the figures you enter. Every balance, projection and warning it shows is an estimate, and it can only be as accurate as what you've entered.
- It is not financial advice, and it doesn't know about money outside the app.
- Currency conversions use daily reference rates. What your bank or card actually charges will differ.
- Leave figures are based on the allowance and rules you enter. Your employer's records are what count.
Please make important decisions, like booking or paying for a trip, using your own judgement and your real account balances.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure. You need to be at least 16 to use Skyfund. You can stop using Skyfund and delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
Shared trips
When you invite people to a trip, they can see and edit that trip's details and costs, as described in the privacy policy. Only invite people you trust. The person who created a trip is the only one who can delete it. Anyone else on it can leave it.
Your content
What you put into Skyfund stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and to the people you share trips with, only so we can provide the app. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful or offensive.
Availability
We work to keep Skyfund running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut Skyfund down, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to get a copy of your data.
Liability
Skyfund is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from decisions made using its estimates, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app for significant changes. If you keep using Skyfund after a change, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
